Commercial treatment is quoted separately after the inspection because the required monitoring, treatment zones, visit frequency and compliance documentation differ between businesses.

The warranty is not a scheduled return inspection or routine monitoring program. It applies only to the original cockroach service and does not automatically cover a different pest, untreated area, new introduction, neighbouring source, inaccessible structural harbourage or conditions excluded in writing.
